Order And Delivery Leadtime
For Custom Order will be processed production typically a minimum of 10 working days for us to process your personalised order before delivery. 

For Ready Stocks items Estimated delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. For KL/ Klang Valley deliveries estimate 1- 2 working days total depending on which town/state you are in. For Sabah/Sarawak, expect approximately 2- 3 days for delivery.  

For International Delivery
Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know. The average delivery time for international orders is 10-15 business days. Note that International pick-ups are on Monday & Thursday - this could delay your shipment. 

Changes on Order Details
If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake, please contact us with a clear and detailed message included your contact details and your order number (if available) within 24 hours with no exceptions. If the production of the item has proceeded, cancellation is not allowed. *Important Tips: Please always review order spelling before check out. 

Here are some additional tips for delivery MY:
Delivery notification: The delivery person might contact you through WhatsApp before local delivery. Please keep an eye out for messages.

Condo/apartment deliveries: If you live in a condo or apartment building, the parcel may be left with the security guard or front desk. It's a good idea to check with them if you haven't received a delivery notification.
